Summary

Job Title - Organizational Change Management (OCM) Readiness Lead
 
Contract Duration - 6+ Months
 
Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA 19102 (2 to 3 daus Onsite )
 
Mode of interview - Phone , Panel followed by Inperson 
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with departmental stakeholders to define, facilitate, track, and manage organizational readiness activities.
  • Work with the Change Management team to ensure stakeholders are prepared to adopt new technology and business processes.
  • Assess departmental readiness and support key decisions related to upcoming capability deployments.
  • Prepare departments and impacted users for implementation of the new system.
  • Help identify and revise configuration elements, integrations, and reporting requirements.
  • Promote process standardization and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Engage key impacted users in deployment activities, including:
    • Process and system setup confirmation
    • Testing
    • Training
    • Communications
    • Conversion validation
  • Develop clear communications, project documentation, procedures, and other materials for impacted stakeholders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, presentations, and readiness discussions.
  • Provide task coordination, coaching, and oversight as needed.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a change-management perspective.
  • Strong organizational change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear user documentation, project documentation, and procedures.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience assigning tasks, coaching, and providing oversight.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience developing and delivering communications to impacted stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

 

Highly Desired / Preferred
  • Organizational Change Management education/training related to ERP implementations.
  • Workday Financials and/or Supply Chain implementation experience, or experience with comparable SaaS platforms.
  • Project management expertise and relevant PMI certification(s).
  • Experience working within a large, decentralized public-sector organization.
  • Located in or near Philadelphia.
