DevSecOps Engineer D365

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer D365 in San Antonio, TX.

About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives within a large enterprise Azure environment.

This position will work closely with engineering, platform, infrastructure, and security teams to enhance deployment automation, improve release processes, strengthen cloud security practices, and support DevSecOps adoption across D365 applications and related integrations.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys improving engineering efficiency, automating delivery processes, and helping teams build secure, scalable solutions in Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support DevSecOps processes and best practices for Dynamics 365 environments
* Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
* Improve release management and application lifecycle processes
* Integrate security controls and compliance requirements throughout the SDLC
* Partner with development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams
* Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues
* Drive automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
* Strong Azure and Azure DevOps experience
* CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation
* Cloud security and DevSecOps experience
* Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, etc.)
* Release management and application lifecycle management experience
* Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Certifications:
* AZ-400 Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
* AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate
* AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate
* Additional Microsoft Azure or DevSecOps certifications are highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
