Techno-Functional Business Analyst – Fenergo (KYC / Client Onboarding)

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in Fenergo (FenX platform) and Client Onboarding/KYC processes within the banking domain. This role will focus on supporting migration initiatives from on-premise to SaaS, along with data remediation, integrations, and regulatory workflows.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate implementation of requirements in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders to understand workstreams:

  • Data remediation

  • Data/document migration

  • Reporting and integrations

• Analyze existing on-prem systems and support migration to Fenergo SaaS (FenX)

• Participate in internal and vendor meetings, providing inputs on solution design

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of Fenergo features

• Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and issue resolution

• Identify blockers, prioritize tasks, and provide solutions during project lifecycle

• Support end-to-end workflow understanding across onboarding and compliance processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in banking/financial services

• Strong domain expertise in:

  • Client Onboarding

  • KYC / AML workflows

  • Regulatory compliance processes

• Hands-on experience with Fenergo platform (FenX preferred)

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills

• Experience working in Agile / Hybrid environments

• Good understanding of:

  • Application integrations

  • External data sources

  • Downstream reporting systems

• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Fenergo SaaS migration (On-Prem → SaaS)

• Exposure to data migration and remediation projects

• Prior experience working with large banking clients

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
