Summary

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,800 - $241,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

About the Role
Join our Cloud & Service Providers (C&SP) segment where you will support strategic global accounts across the full Schneider Electric portfolio-from Grid to Chip and Chip to Chiller. As a trusted pre-sales technical advisor, you will influence architectures, systems, and product selections for data center applications. You will work hands-on with customers early in the design cycle to understand challenges and shape solutions that support the build-out and operation of their facilities. You will also identify potential offer enhancements and collaborate with Line of Business teams to drive innovation and growth.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver expert technical guidance across Schneider Electric's full data center scope
  • Lead technical workshops and customer design sessions
  • Collaborate with competency centers and LoB experts to bring the right technical resources to strategic accounts
  • Influence future data center designs and technology adoption
  • Coordinate with Global and Regional Application Centers to ensure alignment
  • Support Account Managers with project proposals and solution scoping
  • Manage technical domains including grid connectivity, MV/LV systems, UPS, HVAC/chillers, liquid cooling, rack systems, software, and services
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging Schneider Electric's digital portfolio
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across Grid, Power, Building, and IT domains

What qualifications would make you successful?
  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years in technical roles within critical facilities (design engineering, product/system development, solution architecture)
  • 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience, with the ability to lead technical discussions and workshops
  • Strong technical judgment with the ability to coordinate expertise across Schneider Electric teams
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25%
  • English fluency required
