Senior UiPath RPA Developer — Healthcare (Epic EHR)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UiPath RPA Developer with strong Healthcare Provider and Epic EHR experience to join a growing Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).

This is a hands-on senior-level role focused on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions across clinical operations, patient access, revenue cycle, and healthcare workflows. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in UiPath, Epic systems, healthcare workflows, and HIPAA-compliant automation development.

The role requires close collaboration with clinical stakeholders, Epic analysts, business teams, and technical leadership to deliver scalable and compliant automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA Development experience
• Strong experience with:
  • UiPath Studio
  • REFramework
  • UiPath Orchestrator
• 3+ years of Healthcare Provider experience
• Strong Epic EHR systems experience
• Experience with:
  • Epic FHIR APIs
  • REST/SOAP integrations
  • SQL & database querying
  • VB.NET or C#
• Experience automating healthcare workflows
• Knowledge of HIPAA / PHI compliance requirements
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git or Azure DevOps

Must have experience working with:

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable UiPath automation solutions
• Build automations using:
  • UI Automation
  • API Integrations
  • Citrix/VDI automation
• Develop queue-based enterprise automations
• Implement logging, exception handling, retry mechanisms, and audit trails
• Work with Epic analysts and healthcare stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Manage UiPath Orchestrator environments and deployments
• Support production issues, RCA, and automation monitoring
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI data
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD)
• Experience with HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU)
• Experience with Document Understanding
• Exposure to HITRUST / Joint Commission environments
• Cloud experience (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience with AI/ML or Process Mining tools
