Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and ServiceNow Discovery.

Experience with certificate lifecycle management in ServiceNow.

Proven experience integrating Splunk, SolarWinds, and Cisco Meraki with ServiceNow.

Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

Familiarity with ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.

Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of network and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
