Job Description for Senior .Net Developer
Serves as a technical lead in architecting systems that manage the lifecycle of healthcare professionals. This role requires a blend of advanced software engineering and deep knowledge of healthcare data standards to ensure accurate provider directories, compliant credentialing, and efficient onboarding.
Core Responsibilities
· System Architecture & Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure enterprise applications using C# and .NET Core to handle complex provider data models and workflow-driven systems.
· Provider Enrollment Automation: Architect end-to-end enrollment pipelines that automate application intake, license verification, and status tracking, reducing manual overhead for credentialing teams.
· Data Maintenance & Integrity: Develop robust ETL processes and data synchronization engines to maintain real-time accuracy for provider demographics, tax IDs, and practice locations across core claims and EHR systems like Epic or Salesforce.
· API & Middleware Development: Build high-performance RESTful API. and middleware to facilitate seamless integration with external entities such as CAQH, CMS (PECOS), and state medical boards.
· Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for provider lifecycle management, mentoring junior developers and conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure compliance with HIPAA and coding standards.
· Performance Improvement: Optimize web application speed and responsiveness through efficient coding practices, query tuning, indexing strategies, caching (Redis), and performance monitoring tools.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all system logic adheres to evolving CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid enrollment regulations and data security requirements.
· Monitoring & Logging: Implement centralized logging, monitoring, and observability solutions to ensure system reliability and proactive issue resolution.
Required Technical Skills
· Full Stack .NET: Expert proficiency in C#, ASP.Net Core Razor, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, NET Core console & windows applications, .Net Framework 4.8+ and .NET 6/8+ frameworks.
· Kendo UI: Experience using Kendo Web Controls to build responsive, interactive UI components, including grids, charts, forms, and data bound widgets for enhanced user experience and efficient front end development.
· JavaScript & jQuery: Solid experience using JavaScript for client side functionality, DOM manipulation, event handling, and integrating with REST APIs to enhance application behavior.
· Database Management: Advanced experience with SQL Server, Oracle & MongoDB, including query optimization, stored procedures, and complex data mapping to support provider demographic updates.
· Reporting tools: Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying SSRS reports including parameterized, drill down, drill through, and sub reports to support operational, analytical, and executive level reporting needs.
· Batch Jobs: Experience designing, scheduling, and maintaining batch jobs for automated data processing, system integrations, and recurring operational tasks, ensuring reliability, performance, and timely execution across environments.
· Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and modern microservices architecture.
· Redis: Working knowledge of Redis for caching, session management, and improving application performance through efficient in memory data handling
· Strong hands on experience with GIT (branching, merging, pull requests, conflict resolution) and Azure Devops boards.
· Healthcare Messaging: Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7 (v2/v3) or ANSI X12 (834/837) for provider and enrolment transactions.
