Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Developer 2 to provide development and optimization services for an existing IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, and managing software programs while working closely with UX designers and systems analysts to streamline data models and enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and redefine dimensions, rules, and processes within IBM Tririga to align with evolving requirements.
• Support application upgrades, environment preparation, and content migration with minimal business disruption.
• Develop, modify, and support professional report writing using BIRT.
• Improve system efficiency by modifying existing Tririga components and streamlining data processes. 

Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)

• 7+ years of experience as a facilities Manager.
• 5+ years of experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products (minimum of 1 full contract).
• 4+ years of specific experience in Tririga Projects Version 10.
• Location: Must currently reside in Texas and be local to the Austin area (within a 50-mile radius).

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager.
• 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Manager.
