Summary

We are seeking a talented Digital Production Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and modify digital assets across various platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Utilize design software to version ads according to vendor specifications, demonstrating design-thinking skills.
  • Assist in making adjustments to designs based on feedback, including content hierarchy and visual elements.
  • Implement and communicate production processes effectively within the team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Maintain organized files and follow strict naming conventions for project assets.
  • Prepare logos and ensure meticulous time tracking for tasks.
  • Conduct audits of digital files as necessary and complete other assigned duties.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital production role.
  • Proficiency in design programs such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of design principles.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in image retouching and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of motion design or animation techniques.
  • A portfolio showcasing a variety of digital production work.
