Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) Technical/Functional Lead with strong expertise in Core Finance projects, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and a background in the Financial Services industry. The role focuses on leading FAH solutions within enterprise finance transformation programs.
Description:

Lead end-to-end Oracle FAH implementation and support within Core Finance projects.
Design and configure FAH rules for accounting transformation and financial data processing.
Work closely with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and define accounting mappings.
Integrate FAH with Oracle EBS modules such as GL, AP, AR, and subledger systems.
Provide functional and technical leadership across design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
Troubleshoot and resolve FAH-related issues in production and project environments.
Collaborate with technical teams on data interfaces, workflows, and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with Financial Services regulatory and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Oracle FAH (Financial Accounting Hub).
Hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
Proven experience in Core Finance projects and transformations.
Background in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Capital Markets preferred).
Experience in both functional design and technical coordination.
Oracle EBS / FAH certification is a plus.
Experience in large-scale financial transformation or ERP integration programs.
Bachelor s Degree
