Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain PTC Windchill applications using Java, JSP, JavaScript, and XML.
- Develop and enhance Windchill packages and application capabilities while addressing technical debt and application improvements.
- Implement automated testing and quality practices using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and CI/CD platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot defects, perform code reviews, and deliver reliable application solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9+ years of experience in Windchill development and customization with advanced Java and JavaScript skills and experience supporting enterprise applications.

Technical Skills
|
PTC Windchill, Java, JavaScript, XML, AWS, Linux, Selenium, Jenkins
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Windchill Customization, Enterprise Application Development, Software Testing, Test-Driven Development, Technical Debt Management, Application Enhancement

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
