Contract position

Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP Testing Consultant to support an SAP S/4HANA upgrade from 1903 to S/4HANA 2023. The consultant will work closely with the client team and system integrator (SI) to ensure a successful upgrade by leading testing strategy, validating business processes, and ensuring adequate coverage of new functionality introduced in the latest version.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP testing strategy and execution for the S/4HANA upgrade from 1903 to S/4HANA 2023
Evaluate existing test cases and identify gaps related to the upgrade
Provide insights into new functionality and changes introduced in S/4HANA 2023 to ensure proper test coverage
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and the System Integrator (SI) to support upgrade readiness
Support test planning, test execution, and defect management throughout the testing lifecycle
Validate critical business processes including Meter-to-Cash workflows
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across SAP modules
Ensure proper documentation of test cases, defects, and testing outcomes

Required Qualifications

12+ years of SAP experience, with significant focus on SAP testing and quality assurance
Prior experience supporting SAP S/4HANA upgrades or major SAP version upgrades
Strong understanding of testing methodologies within SAP environments
Experience testing Meter-to-Cash business processes
Ability to operate across both functional and technical testing activities
Experience working with System Integrators and cross-functional SAP teams

Nice to Have

Experience with test automation tools such as Worksoft or similar SAP testing platforms
Experience with test automation strategies for SAP S/4HANA programs
