Job Summary

The State of North Carolina is seeking an experienced MS Power Platform Developer to develop and support enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions for the Division of Public Health. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
Build automated workflows using Power Automate.
Develop and manage Dataverse tables, business rules, and relationships.
Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
Create custom connectors, forms, and enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot application and workflow issues.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and follow ALM, security, and governance best practices.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development.
Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
7+ years of SQL database design and integration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations.
Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) Certification or higher.
Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, or Power Automate Desktop.
Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD experience.
