Our client is seeking a GenAI Lead Developer with a strong financial background and expertise in Agentic AI, AI/ML, Python, Java, NLP, and Power Apps. The ideal candidate will be based in the New Jersey/New York area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of GenAI solutions for the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI/ML models.
• Utilize Python, Java, and NLP techniques to enhance the performance of AI systems.
• Create and maintain Power Apps for seamless integration with existing systems.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver customized AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy laws in all AI projects.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement continuous improvement strategies.
