AI/ML Lead

Job description

Key Responsibilities
Design refine and test prompts to improve LLM performance across various use cases
Collaborate with product engineering and business teams to translate requirements into prompt workflows
Develop prompt libraries templates and reusable components for internal teams
Conduct evaluations AB testing and performance monitoring of generative AI outputs
Finetune LLMs or work with model APIs to improve reliability and contextual accuracy
Document prompt strategies best practices and optimization guidelines
Build automation workflows with tools like Python LangChain Azure OpenAI etc
Ensure ethical and safe use of generative AI following company compliance frameworks
Work on endtoend prompt pipelines from ideation to deployment in production systems

Required Skills Qualifications
BachelorsMasters in Computer Science AIML Linguistics Data Science or related field
Strong understanding of LLMs OpenAI Azure OpenAI Anthropic Meta Llama etc
Handson experience with prompt engineering prompt tuning or conversational AI
Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks LangChain LlamaIndex Hugging Face
Excellent written communication grammar and problemsolving skills
Ability to analyze model behaviors and debug inaccurate or biased outputs
Strong understanding of NLP techniques vector embeddings and retrievalaugmented generation RAG
