seeking a Sunquest LIS Application Support for a Contract job as a Fully Remote. Ideally looking for applicants with hands-on experience with the Clinisys (Sunquest) LIS suite.

job responsibilities includ

  • e:Serve as the subject matter expert for Sunquest LIS workflows, configuration, and application functionality, including Collection and Temp
  • o.Manage and prioritize daily support, maintenance, incident resolution, and service requests in accordance with defined service level agreement
  • s.Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand operational needs and align system capabilities with business requirement
  • s.Delegate and monitor tasks across support resources to promote effective communication, accountability, and timely deliver
  • y.Maintain system documentation, including workflows, build specifications, support procedures, and testing protocol
  • s.Participate in meetings and status reviews, providing updates on active work, risks, dependencies, and resource need
  • s.Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CAP, data governance standards, and organizational security policie
  • s.Support cross-functional teams working on related applications and integrated system


Qualificati

  • ons:Two or more years of experience in application support, application coordination, or application managem
  • ent.Required hands-on experience with the Clinisys (Sunquest) LIS su
  • ite.Experience supporting day-to-day application operations in a healthcare or clinical environm
  • ent.Ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution efforts across te
  • ams.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, and client stakehold
  • ers.Experience maintaining application documentation and supporting testing activit
  • ies.Understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including HI
