Summary

Legacy Test Script Modernization

The engineers will be responsible for:

Converting legacy test scripts developed using NI VeriStand to Python.
Using the newly developed Python scripts to validate planned product changes targeted for next year.
Strong knowledge of CAN (Controller Area Network) is required.
Experience with electronics and embedded product development is preferred.
Exposure to test fixture development would be an added advantage.

Additional Data Points:

- Strong embedded programming experience with proven skills in configuring and working directly with peripherals.

- Protocols: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with protocols like CAN bus.

- Python Scripting: Strong working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.

- NI VeriStand Knowledge: Familiarity or basic working knowledge of NI VeriStand scripts, with the ability to use them as a reference point for test automation.

Both roles and the person have to be onsite 5 days a week in Michigan.
