Title: Systematics ALS Consultant
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Remote

Role Summary
Seeking a senior lead consultant with deep Systematics ALS expertise to drive business analysis, configuration, conversion/mapping, and client-facing delivery. This person will lead other BAs and guide stakeholders through requirements, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Systematics ALS-SM and ALS-AE.
Lead requirements workshops; convert client input into BRDs and user stories.
Configure application and define/setup new products.
Lead conversion activities (mapping, validation, reconciliation).
Build/own test strategy, test plans, and support execution (SIT/UAT).
Lead and mentor other BAs; provide delivery governance and status updates.
Work in Agile teams using JIRA; support sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Required Skills / Experience

20+ years Systematics ALS-SM / ALS-AE experience
Strong BA expertise in: new account processing, payments, accruals, billing, delinquency, general ledger
5+ conversions with strong mapping expertise
BRD creation, test plans, testing leadership, client-facing experience
Agile + JIRA proficiency
