Workday Extend Developer

REMOTE POSITION 

ONLY W2 - NO CORP TO CORP 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Workday development, including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Extend, and Workday APIs
• Prior Workday Extend experience, developing at least 2+ app use cases required
• Hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end solutions across multiple functions, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Finance, Benefits, IT and Procurement
• Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and launch)
• Experience in leading a design session, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables
• Familiar with XML Transformations, Namespaces, XSD
• Experience in dealing with SOAP and REST APIs
• Familiar with ServiceNow case management
• Adept working with agile methodologies and delivery
• Effective communication skills in explaining complex concepts in simple terms and understanding HR internal and vendor processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
