Role OverviewThe Project Manager (Non-Tech) 4 will support Microsoft's Web Strategy team, driving operational excellence across Surface, Copilot, and Windows web initiatives. This role focuses on managing cross-functional web projects, coordinating team operations, and maintaining high-quality project artifacts that enable consistent execution across a complex and fast-moving product ecosystem.

Typical Day in the RolePurpose of the TeamThe Web Strategy team shapes and executes the online presence for Surface, Copilot, and Windows. This role ensures that web initiatives are delivered efficiently, aligned with business goals, and supported by clear operational processes.
Key Projects & Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end web projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities across Surface, Copilot, and Windows.
- Oversee team operations, workflows, and documentation to maintain clarity and consistency.
- Maintain and improve project artifacts, including roadmaps, timelines, requirements, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and product teams.
- Support planning cycles, operational reviews, and reporting rhythms.

Core Responsibilities- Develop detailed project plans and coordinate execution to meet goals and timelines.
- Direct the integration of technical and operational activities across teams.
- Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support staffing needs by coordinating assignments, evaluating performance, and fostering team development.
- Analyze technology, resource requirements, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- Partner with management, production, and marketing teams to define project specifications and procedures.
- Review, recommend, and approve contracts, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Oversee and approve product design changes and related documentation.
- Consult and negotiate with internal clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
