About the RoleMicrosoft's Windows, Surface, and Copilot Web Strategy team is seeking a seasoned
Marketing Product Manager to lead high-impact web initiatives across some of the company's most visible consumer products. This role sits at the center of product, marketing, design, engineering, and analytics-driving the end-to-end web experience for major product and feature launches.
You'll shape how millions of customers discover, learn about, and engage with Microsoft's device ecosystem. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, experimentation, and customer experience, this role offers a rare opportunity to influence the future of Windows web experiences.
Typical Day in the RoleA day in this role blends strategy, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on execution:
- Lead Web Launches: Own the full web experience for product and feature releases-defining vision, success metrics, and operating models that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Translate Insights Into Product Influence: Use customer behavior data to shape upstream product decisions, including roadmap direction, naming, and positioning.
- Drive Executive Alignment: Craft and deliver executive-ready narratives that connect web insights to investment choices and quarterly planning.
- Champion Customer Experience: Make principled decisions that protect clarity, accessibility, and trust-even when it requires short-term tradeoffs.
- Orchestrate Web Verticals: Serve as the strategy hub across SEO/AEO, content strategy, design, development, delivery, and experimentation to land a unified, prioritized plan for Devices.
- Apply AI Thoughtfully: Identify opportunities to use AI for personalization, content scaling, and workflow acceleration within governance constraints.
You'll collaborate closely with partners across Surface, Windows, and Copilot to deliver cohesive, high-performing web experiences.

Minimum Qualifications- 10+ years in web strategy, product, or ecommerce for complex consumer portfolios
- Deep fluency in information architecture, funnels, attribution, page strategy, and Core Web Vitals
- Strong data literacy: defining metrics, running experiments, and converting insights into roadmap decisions
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams across design, engineering, analytics, and retail partners
- Experience applying AI for content scaling, recommendations, or workflow acceleration
- Executive-ready communication and storytelling skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and vendors, including writing outcome-based SOWs and holding partners accountable
Preferred Qualifications- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-category device portfolios across global markets (including RTL locales)
- Background driving innovation with agencies or systems integrators
- Comfort operating in agile environments with scaled content operations
- Knowledge of AEO and schema strategies that improve how answers are retrieved by AI systems
