Job Overview:

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support PMO initiatives. This role involves managing multiple IT projects, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, and delivering successful outcomes across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects across the full lifecycle

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and PMO artifacts

• Define and refine project scope with business and technical stakeholders

• Oversee project execution including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and vendor management

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and project teams

• Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement improvements

• Ensure adherence to PMO governance, standards, and methodologies

• Provide regular project status updates and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of IT project management experience

• Strong experience in integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk management

• PMP Certification (Required)

• Experience with ServiceNow (Idea, Project, Demand modules)

• Experience with SAP / Enterprise Business Solutions

• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing projects of varying size and complexity

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
