Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a Project Manager to play a critical role in delivering complex, global initiatives in support of strategic customer programs. This position is responsible for driving execution, coordination, and visibility across multiple workstreams. The goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a central orchestrator across regions and functions, translating defined priorities into structured execution plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of accountability for a major North American account relationship, managing day-to-day engagement across the U.S. and Canada.
- Lead cadence calls, performance tracking, issue resolution, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), program updates, and escalation management.
- Own the end-to-end tracking of all conversion opportunities across global regions and markets.
- Drive structured follow-ups from initial surveys through execution and onboarding.
- Maintain clear visibility into conversion status, obstacles, and projected close timing.
- Act as the operational bridge between regional sales teams, global account leadership, and internal stakeholders like Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Ensure customer-specific requirements are consistently applied across all regions.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: 7-10 years of project or program management experience, including managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives and coordinating across cross-functional and multi-region teams.
Skills: This role requires project planning, tracking, and reporting capabilities. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively. Stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, facilities services, or B2B service environments.
- Facilitation and communication skills applicable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with global teams and distributed delivery models.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ServiceNow (SPM), Azure DevOps (ADO), and collaboration platforms like PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
