Summary
Location: New York, NY/ Alpharetta, GA / Montreal, (Hybrid 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12 - Months Contract ( Only on W2)
Position Overview
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for IAM controls and processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, use cases, and business processes.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement assessments.
- Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel and present findings through reports, graphs, and Pivot Tables.
- Create and maintain business documentation, including requirements, process flows, and project artifacts.
- Partner with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and support testing activities.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Translate project deliverables into sustainable business-as-usual processes.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development or technology projects.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with gap analysis, impact analysis, and UAT coordination.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, charts, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or Identity Governance.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
