About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) to support high-volume recruitment for field-based positions across Canada. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for Merchandisers, Brand Ambassadors, Sales Representatives, and Field Technicians.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Communicate with candidates and stakeholders in both English and French.
• Support urgent hiring requirements and seasonal recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
• Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment.
• Background recruiting for retail, sales, field-based, or frontline positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Availability to start ASAP and work Eastern Time Zone hours.
