Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI agents for roadmap planning, portfolio tradeoffs, and customer requirement tracking
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and structured frameworks
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment with IT partners
• Define and structure planning data inputs, assumptions, and metrics
• Communicate insights and drive adoption of tools across stakeholders
• Operate effectively in ambiguous, subjective decision environments

Qualifications:

Required:

• Engineering and Technology degrees - including but not limited to Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology
• 3-5 years of experience in analytical, technical, or product-related roles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrable technical aptitude (scripting, data tools, or prototyping)

Preferred:

• Exposure to AI/ML or data workflows
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Familiarity with product lifecycle or planning
