Title: Physical Release Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote, Onsite in Beverly Hills on occasion
Duration: 6 month contract, possible extensions
Compensation: $26.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Skillset/Experience: - Coordinate the collection of assets required for Preorder and New Release setups, including artwork/packshots, track listings/side splits, and sales copy.
- Track and manage New Release stock order status, ensuring accurate and timely updates within the central database.
- Oversee catalog reorder processes for manufacturing orders and label-supplied purchase order requests, including asset collection from partners, order placement, coordination with Supply Chain to meet delivery timelines, and shipment monitoring.
- Manage label product orders end-to-end, including order placement, cross-functional coordination with Supply Chain to meet deadlines, distribution of tracking information, and ongoing shipment oversight.
Skills- 1-3 years Physical Supply Chain experience preferred, not required.
- 1-3 years Music Industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
