Summary

ROLE: Salesforce Developer

LOCATION: Jersey City, NY

Pay Rate : $70 - $75/hr

Experience:11-13



We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients for the role of ServiceMax / Salesforce Developer



Key Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in ServiceMax development, maintenance, and enhancements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)

  • Experience with ServiceMax data model and objects such as Installed Products, Work Orders, etc.

  • Good understanding of Salesforce configurations, object model, roles, profiles, and permission sets

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Case Management, and Entitlements

  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and data management tools (Data Loader, dataloader.io, Jitterbit)

  • Experience with release management tools such as Change Sets, ServiceMax Migration Tool, and Workbench

  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

  • Experience working in Agile development environments


Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating ServiceMax with other enterprise applications

  • Knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) or Asset360

  • Experience with integration tools

  • Exposure to QA automation tools such as Selenium or Webdriver.io


Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3+ years of ServiceMax experience

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience


Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
