Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager or Sales & Business Development Representative to lead the growth of an innovative Cyber Range as a Service (CRaaS) platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge cybersecurity solution designed to deliver immersive, hands-on training and simulation environments for organizations across industries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity or SaaS sales, with a strong track record of generating new business, building strategic relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential and visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify, target, and engage prospective customers across government, defense, education, and commercial sectors
  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (cold outreach, email campaigns, social media, events)
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals highlighting the value of CRaaS solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution

Account Management & Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with customer training and operational needs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer engagement

Market Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and webinars

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools
  • Track key performance metrics and provide regular sales forecasts and updates to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and training platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
