RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud Build Expert in Altamonte Springs, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Handles break/fix support, tickets, incident resolution
* Supports Formstack, mass email tools, Twilio SMS, and not just Salesforce and Epic
* Ensures systems remain stable and teams stay trained
* Onboards new departments and teams into Salesforce CRM
* Constant backlog of demand-ongoing app onboarding, new features, and enhancements
* Strong pipeline of work that keeps this vertical fully utilized
Epic Team (Epic Cheers):
* Newly created (April/May)
* Supports Epic's CRM adjacent platform and may grow further
* Some future cross movement anticipated from Salesforce; Epic due to workload splits
What They Will Build:
* Provider portal for Population Health Services Org (PHSO)
* Pop Health uses SF as provider source of truth (Experience Cloud, formerly Community Cloud)
* Portal will allow providers to log in and request updates
* Data already exists in SF; This is a front end Experience Cloud build, not heavy API work and it's low code work
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Cloud implementation experience
* Ability to show portfolio/examples of experience Cloud builds
* Salesforce Admin certification preferred (minimum), but experience is more important than certifications
Ability to:
* Build an external provider portal
* Gather requirements, sign off, iterate, and deliver
* Possibly build custom templates (though no significant custom code anticipated)
* Work cross functionally with PHSO, Digital, and CRM partners
* Work in health adjacent environments (Health Cloud/industry exp helpful but not required)
* "Speak business" and partner well across teams
A BA background (or BA leaning skillset) is a major plus - must be able to:
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Communicate with business stakeholders
* Avoid being -just a technical executor-
* Understand business processes, not just follow tickets
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
