Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior GenAI Python Engineer with 10+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Python development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern GenAI frameworks, cloud AI services, and scalable backend architectures. The role involves building intelligent assistants, RAG-based solutions, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using Python.
• Build and optimize LLM-based solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or Llama models.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Build AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Design REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and third-party APIs.
• Create prompt engineering strategies for optimal LLM performance.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform for AI deployment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development.
• Strong experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
• Experience building APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
• Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Agent development and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Azure ML, or SageMaker.
• Experience with cloud services on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as LangSmith, PromptFlow, or Weights & Biases.
• Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus.
