Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Technical Project Manager (Agile, Scrum), you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the technical implementation and deployment of cross-functional software programs
At any given time, expect to lead multiple external workstreams, stakeholder groups, and development team deliverables
Qualifications:
Technical and Agile Delivery Expertise
Proven experience leading Agile software development projects
Strong understanding of end?to?end software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Demonstrated ability to track and manage development progress through production deployment
Hands?on expertise with JIRA (board management, reporting, workflows), Confluence (documentation, requirements, project artifacts), and Smartsheet (project plans, dashboards, work tracking)
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable plans
Project and Program Management
Strong project management skills including timeline and milestone management, risk and issue tracking, dependency coordination, and scope management across multiple teams
Experience leading cross?functional teams and driving accountability across distributed or matrixed organizations
Skilled in creating and maintaining executive?level reporting, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership
Ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate realistic timelines and resource needs
Leadership and Communication
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executives, influence stakeholders, and facilitate decision-making
Demonstrated ability to lead teams toward shared outcomes, foster alignment, and navigate ambiguity
Strong relationship?building skills with the ability to motivate, collaborate, and resolve conflicts constructively
Proactive problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and removing delivery obstacles
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe) or equivalent practical experience
Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise applications
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or complex technical programs
At least 7 years of experience working with development teams and business stakeholders
The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000 or the hourly equivalent.
