Summary

Job Description A VC backed startup building AI-powered tools that can be utilized by PEOs, HR leaders, and payroll organizations is looking to hire a founding Head of Customer Success to help build out and establish the foundations that will ensure they deliver world class product experience for their customers. This is an early hire for the startup and one of their first non-engineering specific hires. This company has been around since 2023 and has 18x their revenue in the last year. They are experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand thoughtfully.

For this role, they are looking for a Customer Success professional who has experience working in a startup environment and are excited about the opportunity to be an early hire and grow with the company. On a day to day, you will ensure customers are able to implement and adopt the products and train customers as need be. You will also build relationships with customers that will persist beyond implementation as well as creating product roadmaps based on customer feedback and interactions with customers.

This is a full-time role offer both base salary and equity. They are currently 4 days a week onsite in New York City. This is a great opportunity to join an early-stage startup and play a pivotal role in the continued success of the company.   • Experience working in a high growth startup environment

  • Previous experience in a CSM or Customer Success leadership roles
  • Experience leading implementations and technical products.
  • Strong analytical skills
