Antenna Systems Product Manager We re looking for a technically experienced Antenna Systems Product Manager to lead antenna products from working prototype through commercial introduction and delivery readiness. This person will bridge RF/antenna engineering, materials science, OEM manufacturing partners, and customers to turn advanced antenna technology into reliable, manufacturable, market-ready products that meet performance, cost, and customer requirements.
Hard Requirements- 5+ years of experience in antenna/RF hardware, RF product development, or technical product management, with a strong understanding of antenna systems and RF principles.
- Demonstrated experience taking complex hardware from prototype through productization, validation, manufacturing transfer, and production readiness.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, customers, and OEM/contract manufacturing partners to define product requirements, specifications, configurations, schedules, costs, and technical risks.
Nice to Haves- Experience working with materials scientists and mechanical engineers on enclosure/packaging, materials selection, environmental durability, and how antenna systems are configured and packaged as commercial products.
- Experience with the commercial side of hardware productization, including BOM/product costing, supplier quotes, small-batch manufacturing, MOQs, NRE/tooling costs, lead times, and negotiating manufacturing terms.
- Experience with defense, maritime, ruggedized RF systems, or advanced communications products, particularly in customer-facing environments.
Success in This Role Successfully transition antenna technology from the laboratory into customer-deliverable products, balancing RF performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and customer requirements.
