Job : Systems Software Programmer (Adobe AEM Developer)

Required to maintain productivity and workload balance
Support and enhance Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform
Develop and maintain AEM forms and workflows
Ensure server stability, data integrity, and infrastructure optimization
Deploy applications across Dev, QA, and Production environments
Follow secure web development and deployment best practices
Responsibilities
AEM Development & Support
Design & develop AEM content type models, templates, components, workflows
Configure AEM permissions and system settings
Develop Adobe PDF Forms and Analytics solutions
Perform coding, debugging, testing, and documentation
Deploy applications and manage migrations
Technical Responsibilities
JavaScript & XML development
SQL querying and database interaction
Perform system testing (Unit, Integration, Acceptance)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Support software upgrades and patching
Follow secure coding standards and information security guidelines
Non-Technical Responsibilities
Communicate with IT teams (peer to Director level)
Manage Helpdesk tickets and provide status updates
Prioritize issues within SLA
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
Identify and implement process improvements
Provide excellent customer support
