Experience in Structural Steel Project Management is required

The Role
Project Manager overseeing structural steel projects from award to completion. Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Office-based (SW Indianapolis) with limited travel.

Responsibilities

Manage 15–25 projects at various stages
Oversee full project lifecycle
Review structural/fabrication drawings
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Attend jobsite meetings as needed
Manage budgets using Sage 100 (or similar ERP)

Required

5+ years in structural fabrication project management
Ability to read structural drawings
Budget management experience

Preferred

AISC-certified facility experience
Sage 100 Contractor experience
Basic Tekla/BIM knowledge
