Job Title: Senior Data Scientist
Location: Remote
Long Time Project

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable data solutions, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and AI models for business use cases
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling
Build predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions
Work with large structured and unstructured datasets
Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality & governance
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
Translate business problems into analytical solutions
Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams
Optimize and monitor model performance in production
Mentor junior data scientists and analysts

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics
Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
Expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI (preferred)
Strong knowledge of statistics and probability
Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience working with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
Strong data visualization skills (Tableau / Power BI / Matplotlib / Seaborn)
Experience deploying models using MLOps best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Experience in domain areas like Healthcare, Finance, Retail, or SaaS
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML models
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Nice to Have
Experience in Generative AI / LLMs
Experience with prompt engineering
Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance
