Job Description
 
Intel is looking for a Senior CPU RTL Logic Design Engineer to design next-generation high-performance microprocessors. The candidate should be hands-on with RTL implementation for integer, floating point, and reservation station logic and provide technical leadership.
 
Responsibilities
 
Logic design, RTL coding, and simulation for CPU IP blocks
Participate in CPU architecture and microarchitecture definition
Optimize RTL for power, performance, area, and timing
Review verification plans and debug failing RTL tests
Provide technical leadership and methodology improvements
Collaborate with architecture and backend teams
Drive innovation and improve design quality
 
Required Qualifications
 
Bachelor''s + 12 yrs OR Master''s + 10 yrs OR PhD + 6 yrs experience
6+ years in CPU / logic silicon development
5+ years technical leadership experience
Strong RTL design experience
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
x86 CPU microarchitecture experience
Front-end methodology experience
Automation / AI tools for RTL design
