Job Role : Payroll - Admin/ Specialist/ Analyst/HR/ Coordinator

Location : Wilmington, NC (Onsite)

Job Type : Full Time or Contract W2/C2C

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Helpdesk Support

Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Respond to employee questions regarding payroll processing, time tracking, and payroll input submissions.
Provide timely, accurate resolutions and escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams as needed.

Time Tracking Management

Support accurate recording and validation of employee time data.
Assist employees and managers in navigating time tracking systems and company policies.
Monitor, investigate, and reconcile time tracking discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.

Qualifications

Prior experience in payroll support, HRIS, or related HR/payroll functions.
Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, Kronos, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with payroll systems and time tracking tools.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
