Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Level 3) to support a large-scale Customer Service Transformation initiative. This role requires a strong blend of business analysis, reporting, and hands-on analytics development, with a focus on building scalable dashboards and enabling data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, SQL, Python, and data modeling, along with experience working in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex business and operational analysis to deliver actionable insights for leadership
• Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel
• Transform raw enterprise data into analytics-ready datasets for performance tracking and decision-making
• Perform advanced analytics including growth modeling, demand forecasting, risk analysis, and segmentation
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency, with clear documentation of metrics and processes
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting standardization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modernized reporting and analytics solutions
• Support Agile delivery and participate in sprint planning and execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
• 11 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, or Analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Power BI (Power Query, DAX)
  • SQL (advanced querying, data manipulation)
  • Python or R
  • Excel (advanced functions, modeling)
• Experience working with enterprise data systems and large datasets
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Databricks or enterprise data platforms (EDP)
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Knowledge of KPI frameworks and standardized metric definitions
• Experience with predictive analytics or AI-driven insights

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Customer Service or Operations Transformation projects
• Background in financial modeling or process optimization
