Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in both front-end and back-end application development. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack Java applications
• Develop front-end and back-end application components
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL queries and stored procedures
• Work with multithreading and asynchronous application processes
• Implement application security best practices
• Support applications running in Windows and Linux environments
• Work with AWS-based application environments
• Collaborate with developers and other technical stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and application enhancements

Requirements

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong Java development experience
• 4+ years of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Java Play Framework or similar frameworks
• Experience with JTA and JPA
• Strong understanding of multithreading and asynchronous processing
• RESTful API development and integration
• Application security knowledge
• PostgreSQL
• Strong SQL experience
• Database schemas, tables, relationships, functions, and triggers
• Stored procedures
• AWS knowledge/experience
• Linux and Windows environments
• Git/version control
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
