Location: Hyderabad ( Remote )

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Canada Payroll to support implementation, enhancement, and production support activities. The candidate should have deep knowledge of Canadian payroll statutory requirements and SAP HCM payroll configuration.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll Canada (PY-CA)
Manage end-to-end payroll processing
Regular & off-cycle payroll
Retroactive payroll
Payroll corrections and reconciliations
Handle Canada statutory requirements:
CPP, EI, Federal & Provincial Taxes
Garnishments, deductions, benefits
Perform Year-End Payroll activities:
Ensure compliance with CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) rules
Integrate Time Management and Benefits with payroll
Prepare functional specifications for payroll enhancements
Support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll - Canada
In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll laws and taxation
Experience with SAP HCM PA, OM and Time Management integration
Experience in implementation or AMS support projects
Ability to handle client interactions independently
Strong documentation and communication skills.
