Product Manager

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina or Jacksonville, FL (On-site)

Role Overview

We are seeking a technical Product Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise productivity technologies, including Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft Copilot, and Adobe solutions. This individual will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering and support teams. This role supports a large financial services environment and is responsible for multiple technology projects impacting business units across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Adobe, and related productivity technologies.
  • Manage products throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment, adoption, and retirement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior leadership and influence stakeholders across various teams.
  • Develop success metrics and deliver regular reporting on product adoption, operational performance, and business outcomes.
  • Lead new product introductions, enhancements, and feature releases, partnering with engineering to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support beta, pilot, and proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external technology partners.
Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.

Experience: This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience as an Information Technology professional, with at least 7 years in Product Management supporting technical products or enterprise technologies. Candidates must have a proven background working directly with software engineering, infrastructure, or architecture teams and demonstrated success launching and managing enterprise-scale technology solutions. Experience in large, complex enterprise organizations, preferably within regulated industries such as Financial Services, is necessary.

Skills: A strong understanding of the product management discipline is essential. Candidates must have exceptional verbal, written, and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets are also required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 products and services, Microsoft Copilot, or Adobe solutions.
  • A background in software engineering, systems engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience with software deployment processes and software lifecycle management, including tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Familiarity with Jira or Agile product development methodologies.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • A Product Management certification.
  • Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience.
