Performance Load Test Analyst

Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Performance Load Test Analyst to support the Journi program and UBOS initiatives. The selected consultant will be responsible for performance testing, load testing, scalability validation, performance monitoring, and performance engineering activities across SAP, CRM, middleware, analytics, and customer-facing platforms. This role will support performance readiness throughout the software development lifecycle while helping ensure system stability, scalability, and production readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Follow SDLC and quality governance processes to ensure performance readiness across all UBOS releases.
- Define performance testing strategy, scope, workloads, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad across UBOS components, including SAP BRIM, SAP Convergent Mediation (CM), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, CRM applications, middleware, APIs, batch interfaces, event-driven integrations, customer web portals, mobile applications, IVR, and chatbot platforms.
- Simulate real-world enterprise workloads including tolling transactions, mediation events, billing cycles, payment processing, CRM interactions, analytics queries, batch jobs, and peak-volume scenarios.
- Validate system behavior under concurrent users, high-volume API traffic, batch processing, and large-scale SAP financial operations.
- Execute end-to-end performance testing of integrations between CRM and SAP systems, including CRM-to-SAP and SAP-to-CRM integrations.
- Validate synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, APIs, message queues, and batch interfaces.
- Monitor performance metrics including response times, throughput, error rates, resource utilization, and system saturation points.
- Analyze test results across SAP, CRM, integration, analytics, and infrastructure layers to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with clear go/no-go recommendations.
- Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad.
- Perform API, integration, and data-pipeline performance testing using NeoLoad capabilities.
- Integrate NeoLoad tests with CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
- Establish performance baselines and support release-to-release benchmarking and regression analysis.
- Support Journi SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Showbacks, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities with performance validation.
- Promote performance testing best practices and continuous improvement across UBOS programs.
- Fully document all created work associated with this position, including technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, and best practices, following Commission formats and templates.
- Adhere to all Commission standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- 8 years of overall IT testing experience required.
- 4 years of hands-on performance and load testing experience required.
- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad required.
- Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes required.
- Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms, and complex enterprise integrations required.
- Strong understanding of load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and scalability testing required.
- Strong understanding of API and middleware performance testing required.
- Strong understanding of batch processing, mediation processing, analytics processing, and asynchronous processing validation required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with SAP environments including SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC preferred.
- Experience with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) preferred.
- Experience with SAP Datasphere preferred.
- Experience testing CRM and SAP bi-directional integrations preferred.
- Experience testing CRM-to-ERP integrations preferred.
- Experience with tolling, transportation, or public-sector systems preferred.
- Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure performance testing preferred.
