Join our dynamic team at Quadrant Health Group in West Islip, New York! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to support our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare organization. The Entry-Level Accountant will assist with daily accounting operations, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities while working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.

What You'll Do:

Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping functions
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Maintain financial records and documentation
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
  • Help prepare financial reports and spreadsheets
  • Support internal audits and special accounting projects


What You'll Bring:

Skills, Knowledge and Competencies Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
