Role: Salesforce Apex Developer ( Only Locals to Texas)

Responsibilities:

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigates problem areas.
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Responsible for participating in the completion of deliverables according to the definition of done for this Agile team.
• Require hands-on experience programming applications in Salesforce and the development team follows Agile (Scrum), and should have experience with Agile methodologies.
• Daily operations of this position will include documentation of the solutions, analysis, problem resolution, design, development, communication with other team members and participation in solution delivery, and other responsibilities required for the unit operations.
• Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required.
• Available for on-call support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 8 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions using both code-based and configuration (no-code/low-code) tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• 8 years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including coding standards, change control, and version management.
• 8 years of experience assessing Salesforce.com architecture and delivering secure, high-performance solutions on the Force.com platform.
• 8 years of experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including Classic to Lightning migrations, data migrations, system integrations, third-party applications, and custom development.
• 8 years of experience implementing authentication and integration protocols (e.g., OAuth) and working with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST and SOAP web services, JSON, and XML.
• 8 years of experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs, and extensive hands-on use of Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including build and deployment tools such as Flosum, Git, or similar technologies.
• 2 years of experience creating custom Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• 2 years of experience working in Agile software development environments.
