ServiceNow architect / Senior ServiceNow developer
FedTec is seeking highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow architect / Senior ServiceNow developer to streamline and automate business processes, improve collaboration and communication across teams, and provide a single system of record for IT operations.
Position: ServiceNow architect / Senior ServiceNow developer
Work Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet organizational goals and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications and integration plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team, ensuring solutions are implemented correctly.
- Ensure solutions comply with federal security protocols and agency policies.
- Conduct reviews and audits of architectural solutions to ensure quality and performance.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems or related field is preferred.
- Certified Implementation Specialist in at least the following areas: Discovery, Service Mapping, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Risk and Compliance, Human Resources (HR).
- Strong technical and architectural skills.
