ServiceNow architect / Senior ServiceNow developer

FedTec is seeking highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow architect / Senior ServiceNow developer to streamline and automate business processes, improve collaboration and communication across teams, and provide a single system of record for IT operations.

Position: ServiceNow architect / Senior ServiceNow developer

Work Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet organizational goals and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications and integration plans.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team, ensuring solutions are implemented correctly.
• Ensure solutions comply with federal security protocols and agency policies.
• Conduct reviews and audits of architectural solutions to ensure quality and performance.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems or related field is preferred.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in at least the following areas: Discovery, Service Mapping, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Risk and Compliance, Human Resources (HR).
• Strong technical and architectural skills.
