Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML and Classic pipelines.
Develop reusable pipeline templates, deployment standards, and release automation for microservices and APIs.
Automate SQL database deployments using DACPAC, SQLCMD, and migration workflows.
Implement secure secrets management using Azure Key Vault, RBAC, and Managed Identities.
Deploy and manage Azure services including App Services, Function Apps, API Management, Containers, and AKS.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Standardize Dev/QA/Prod environments and automate configuration and provisioning.
Implement blue/green deployments, rollback strategies, and highly available solutions.
Configure monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and troubleshooting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
Support production incident resolution, root-cause analysis, maintenance, and deployment readiness.
Apply Azure security, governance, RBAC, and least-privilege principles.
Support compliance requirements such as PCI or similar regulatory frameworks.
Monitor cloud usage and contribute to Azure cost optimization.
Collaborate with developers, architects, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and reliable deployments.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on Azure DevOps CI/CD – YAML & Classic
Azure Cloud administration/engineering in production
Azure App Services, Functions, APIs/API Management, Containers
Azure Key Vault, RBAC, Managed Identities
SQL deployment automation / DACPAC / SQLCMD
Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
PowerShell and/or Python scripting
Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics
Production troubleshooting and deployment automation
Understanding of cloud security, governance, and high availability
Preferred:
Docker and AKS
Azure Container Registry and container-based CI/CD
Azure Policy and governance automation
PCI or similar compliance experience
Azure cost optimization
Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400
Additional Requirements:
