Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of direct supervisory experience leading wireline outside plant construction teams.
  • 5+ years of experience with FTTH wireline OSP construction.
  • Proven experience placing fiber cable in the right of way (ROW)
  • Strong production management experience with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction prints.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing safety, quality, and production in field environments.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically and proactively solve problems.

  • Experience managing project budgets or financials.

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

  • Fiber Optic Construction (Underground & Aerial)
  • OSP Construction Management Tools & Reporting Systems.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Drive daily operational production and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Oversee quality, safety, and budget adherence across all crews and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to align build schedules with customer priorities.
  • Track and manage KPIs including production, job overages, and market productivity.
  • Maintain daily production reports, documentation, and photo records.
  • Read and interpret construction prints to guide field execution.
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve project roadblocks.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and supervise field personnel in daily operations.
